Key Team Members

  • For over two decades, Israel Schachter has led CharityBids in producing high-impact experiences for ultra-high-net-worth clients and world-class philanthropic institutions around the globe. A master connector with deep talent relationships, Israel is known for his can-do attitude and ability to pull off the impossible, from concept and creative through design, décor, entertainment, broadcast, and bespoke gifting and swag, always in service of a single aim: to move people.

Under Israel’s leadership, CharityBids has helped raise over $500 million for mission-driven causes through story-driven galas, private milestone weekends, auctions, campaigns, and large-scale broadcasts. When live events paused during COVID-19, he reimagined the playbook, producing 100+ award-winning virtual and hybrid shows that reached broader audiences and delivered record results. Many of those partners continue to rely on Israel for strategy, creative, and full production long after.

Clients know him as the calm in the storm, the strategist who sees the whole board, and the producer who makes every touchpoint intentional, from the first save-the-date to the final standing ovation.

Whether black-tie gala, global telecast, or intimate UHNW celebration, Israel and CharityBids design experiences that inspire generosity, deepen loyalty, and create lasting memories.
