  • BEFORE YOUR EVENT

    • Browse our online catalogue to select the packages you'd like to include in your upcoming event, risk-free, or get in touch with our team for assistance.

    • Once availability is confirmed, we'll reserve inventory with no deposit required.

    • You can download Bidder and Winner Certificates directly from our catalogue.

  • AFTER YOUR EVENT

    • Once the winners' payments have been received by the charity, you'll provide us with the list of packages sold and winners' contact information.

    • We will reach out to each winner to coordinate their experience, and an invoice will be provided to you.

    • Throughout the experience redemption process, we will assist the winners to ensure they are well cared for and stress-free. It's as simple as that!
